    Exchange, Refund Policy #2

    Do note that buyers have to return the item within 10 business days upon submitting your request. Beyond that, seller reserves all rights to reject claims.

    We will not entertain any request to pick-up item at customer's address regardless of circumstances.

    For Exchange, Refund:

    Email us at aromalivingsg@gmail.com and attention to “Cust Care.” Do include the following in the email:
    1. Order Number
    2. Date of Receiving Item
    3. Photo/Video of items unopened and intact before returning the item.

    Aroma Living reserve the right to reject any refund/return cases if any one of the criteria is not met.

    - Within 7days from delivery date.
    - Items must be unused and unopened.
    - Item must not be damaged by customer’s fault. Inclusive of cosmetic damages.
    - All items, accessories, boxes and packaging has to be kept intact and in original condition for refund/return.
    - Amount refunded will be by the same payment that was used to make payment via Qoo10.
    - Amount will be refunded within one week upon seller receiving the refunded/returned item.
    - The return cost of the item and indemnity may be charged to buyer before returning the item.

    Strictly no refunds for any orders once item has been opened and used.

    - All accessories, packaging box and labels are to be retained for 30days for warranty validity.
    - Seller do not accept cases where items has been damaged by customer’s fault, including cosmetic damages.
    - For any items repaired or replaced through warranty claims, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original warranty.
    - There will not be any option to exchange item to a different model, regardless of price.
